Studio Rental Information
Studio will be rented to only approve events. 
All Rhythmic Essence classes and functions are considered first before outside rentals are approved.

Payment
All rentals are to be paid for in advance.  Cash only please.

Keys
The key will be given to you ahead of time or in a lockbox at the door.  The code will be given to you.
 Key needs to be left ON THE TABLE.  Lock door behind you as you leave.

Parking
One assigned space is at the back entrance to the studio.  Others will be asked to park street side or in parking lots.

 Rules
No events with alcoholic beverages.
No event with over 50 people at one time.

“Before You Leave” Checklist

  • Heating or Air Conditioning needs to be turned OFF before you leave.
  • All lights need to be turned OFF before you leave.
  • All Electronic devices need to be turned OFF before you leave.
  • Clean up your mess and dispose of trash in dumpster out back.
  • Key needs to be left ON THE TABLE.  Lock door behind you as you leave.
